Overview
About Me
I am a freelance piano teacher, living in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I grew up in a small city in the North of Hanoi, which is globally famous for green tea. Spent 8 years studying and working in Hanoi, I had always dreamed about travelling to many places, and I have grabbed all the chances. But until now, I haven’t got it as much as I want.
So now, as I have become a married woman and had a kid for years, I don’t have my time to travel a lot. But I haven’t decided to stay anywhere for my entire life, and I like to see it as a luck to try other parts of the country.
I might not have much space to spare, and therefore I can’t be sure I would be able to host everytime. But I’d love to meet people from all over the world, to help you with the most of my abilities, to learn about the different cultures, the points of view in life. I can show you around my home country and share to you the variousness of our ethnic people groups, our costume, traditional music, food... And I desire to learn more and more about what’s out there in the West, East, North, South than my home.
So just write to me anytime you get to Vietnam. I’ll appreciate a new polite and interesting friend.

Music, Movies, and Books
I’m interested in classical music, especially piano compositions. My favorite composer is L.W.Beethoven and R. Sakamoto. I play a little Ukulele and can sing songs pretty well with it. And I’m learning to play Vietnamese Zheng, which is undescribable beautiful.
I like reading Harry Potter, and I compose poem in Vietnamese well.
I like to watch the action movies such as Marvel’s Avengers. But it’s just for free time. I don’t spend hours weekly for movies.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It was in 2011, when I had a chance to be on a navy ship, with other hundred volunteers, to Bach Long Vi - an island in Nothern Vietnam. The night we were on the sea, the weather was terrible and waves were furious at 3m high. But we made it to the island and in the next few days finished our mission of helping the local people in education and medical activities.
