Hey there. I’m Zhang, a Mandarin teacher in university.

I grew up and studied in China. For exploring the world, I went to Slovak republic for job since I graduated from my master degree since 2017. During my time in Europe, I took a round trip to almost the whole Europe in my spare time and holiday.

Since Nov 2021, I moved to Casablanca of Morocco by chance. During my time in Morocco, I went to North and South America, the Middle East. So I’m a boy who is fond of travelling obviously.

Besides, I’m an extrovert person. I enjoy talking and sharing my life and thoughts. I’d like to meet new friends from all over the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Years before my friend recommended CS to me but I didn’t use since I didn’t think I need it.

But during my all alone trip these years I always feel lonely on the way, since there’s no one I can share my daily experience with.

So now for meeting new friends on my way trip, I start to join in CS. It’s not about free stay, it’s about interesting meeting and making friends between different souls.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. Travelled to almost 60 countries before my 30 years old.
2. I have a lot of students from China, Slovakia, Hungary, Czech, Ukraine and Morocco.
3. I saved all my courage to confess to my parents that I’m gay, and they accepted the person who I really am. I appreciate that I have such beloved parents.
