Hi! I’m Elena a yoga teacher and mindful traveler originally from Armenia. I’ve lived and taught in Bali and Thailand, studied in monasteries, and love sharing gentle movement and presence with people.

I enjoy deep talks, quiet mornings, herbal teas, and real human connection. I'm into conscious living, somatics, shadow work, and holistic health. My lifestyle is mostly plant-based, and I try to stay in tune with nature and myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’m an adventurous and pretty spontaneous person — or at least I used to be! These days I’m a bit more grounded, but my life is still full of wild stories.

Like the time I got stuck in the sea for two hours with no water, no phone, nothing — and was randomly rescued by fishermen right before the rain started. Or the day I suddenly decided to move to Bali, bought a ticket, and just went.

Honestly, sometimes I can't believe these things actually happened to me — but they did. And I have plenty more stories where those came from.
