About Me

Human being in constant evolution 𖦹

I travel to grow my understanding of the world. I choose to have time over money and so I have quite a minimalistic life

I love meeting new people and connect with them. I love to listen to music and to discover new songs. I love to stretch, dance and sing, especially after smoking a nice joint (I can absolutely live without it while travelling, but it's legal where I live yay)

I'm mostly into swimming and pilates at the moment but I also like surfing, hiking, climbing, running and slacklining

I love to write down thoughts or things I hear. I love to live as locals do, wherever I am. I love feeling and seeing new things. I love to read and to hang out in a hammock for hours. I love to make people smile or laugh, especially people I don't know but also people I know

I want my stay to be as easygoing as possible. I deeply dislike to disturb the peace of others. I can be very independent but also love to get shown around and to get to know a new human being

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling, connecting, sharing, creating unique memories that you will never find in a hotel room (and I can't afford the hotel room but that's okay because I don't want it)

If you are using Couchsurfing for romantic or sexual purposes, please acknowledge that I am not. If that's a problem for you, please decline my request and maybe consider using another app <3

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: Jean-Paul Sartre, Alan Watts, George Orwell, books about sociology or psychology

Movies: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, a lot of Miyazaki's work, Memento, Mr. Nobody, Dead Poets Society, Fight Club, Boyhood, the Before trilogy

Games: Slowly diving into The Legend of Zelda

Series: BoJack Horseman, The Office, documentaries about animals, nature and humans

Music: I love music from Quebec, very nice culture that I would be honored to share with you. Otherwise, many bands like Supertramp, Hermanos Gutiérrez, Danit, The Doors, Devandra Banhart, Pink Floyd, Mo'Kalamity, The Beatles, Radiohead, Khruangbin and many many more

At home, I work at two music venues and I just love it. I feel incredibly lucky to see shows and discover music every day that I work. So it would be my pleasure to discover your own selection of music but also art of any kind

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Succeeding at writing a bio that makes sense to me :-)

Having hitchhiked for many years and having
nothing too fucked up ever happen to me (ofc some small shit happened but people mostly gave me hope and I think that's cool)

Teach, Learn, Share

I really wish I can bring something new to you, whatever it is. I love to learn and to talk about mostly anything. I also hold it very close to my heart to give back as much as I can, so that this experience is a real exchange between us

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd say nice moments of any kind. I feel like the most precious things I 'own' are the connections that I created as well as the lovely and less lovely memories that I carry with me. But mostly my memory sucks
