It's always way more interesting to see a new place like the locals do. If a local shows you a around it's way more interesting because you're not only seeing the tourist Hotspots but places people go which really live in the city.

I love the Harry Potter books and generally fantasy Roman's. Sometimes I read books about politics or other important topics.
My most favorite series is 'How I met your mother'. I 'could' spend days watching it :)
