About Me
Hello, welcome to my profile.
Who am I? I'm a physiotherapy student from Wrocław in Poland (currently on the second year), a traveller, an athlete, language-freak, most importantly just a human being (hey, You may never know these days ;) ).
To tell a little bit more - my long-term travelling goal is to visit at least one city (mainly the capitals, but i also love the smaller ones) in every European country. Where am I on my road to complete this goal? Well, I guess I'm not even in the halfway, but I'm trying my best, and my "collection" is growing bigger.
I said before that I'm an athlete - well, maybe it is a bit of an exaggeration, but I train american football in my local team, Wrocław Panthers, and I can tell stories about it all day - who knows, maybe I can interest You in one?
Also, about that part of being a language freak - you know that you appreciate the things when You lose them? That was exactly that case, because when I had the opportunity to study languages (apart from English) at school, I wasn't really intrested in them, but I started to be almost the minute I left my school. Right now I'm trying to learn how to speak in French, Italian and Swedish. Long-term goal would be being fluent in 10 languages, but I know it will take time, and I'm patiently learning, step by step.
That would be it, if I'm thinking about a brief introduction of myself. Of course that's just a start, so if You have any question feel free to ask it, and I would be more than happy to tell You more about me when we will meet.
Have a good day, and, maybe, see You soon.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I became intrested in travel I thought that seeing new countries, cultures, people from the outside is great, but it's not as much of an experience than actually being able to see it from the inside. Meet local people. see how they live, compare our cultures - I think that it's actually one of the most valuable aims of travelling. I'm sure that I will also become a host, as soon as my accomodation would allow me to, because I'm not able to do so right now, unfortunately.

Music, Movies, and Books
When it comes to me telling people what kind of music do I listen to, I've got to say - I listen to everything, I don't have one genre that I listen to, but my method goes like this - when I find the song I like very much, I try to look up the artist of the song. When the other songs are good in my opinion - he/she/them have a good chance to come to my music library for a long time. Some of my favourites now would be, in no particular order - Hoodie Allen, Classified, Maitre Gims, Black M, Soprano, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Marty Robbins - as You can see that's pretty wide choice of artists, and I'm ready to discover more.
I will try to keep it short with the movies/TV series, so for the movies/series that made the biggest impression on me I would choose The Lord of the Rings, The Green Mile, and more recently Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri and The Green Book. I'm also a huge "Friends" lover and one of my favourite TV series is The Blacklist.
And as for the books I can't really decide. I really like quite a lot of them but I can't really favourite either of them. But, however, if I really had to choose some, first books that come to my mind would be Mario Puzo's "The Godfather", James Patterson's "Run For Your Life", Roland Lazenby's "Showboat" and maybe, for the old times sake, to remember the childhood - Astrid Lindgren's "The Six Bullerby Children"
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Actually, I think that "achievement" is a pretty subjective term. Some people would call an achievement visiting some dangerous place in the world, other would call a success in work like that.
I think that my biggest achievement is winning two junior championships in one season with my team, being a crucial part of it, and staying healthy the whole season.
Teach, Learn, Share
I don't know if I got any unusal skills that I can teach You, but what I definitely can deliver to You, is the information about my culture, about Polish people, I can tell You about our rituals, our lifestyles, what's diffrent in my country.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can get You something unusual from Poland. Plus, as a physiotherapy student, I can also offer You a shoulder massage, and trust me, there is nothing better after a stressful day.
