Born and raised on the west coast of Canada, specifically Vancouver Island. I've lived my life in a small rural community called Port Hardy. My childhood was spent adventuring the island and fishing the local waters.

Unsure of the path I wanted to take in life I decided to stay in my hometown and study through correspondence while working as a lifeguard. Upon completion of my education I got a full-time position at my local hospital. My goal is to save up money and study to further my education.

I've always had a gnawing feeling at the back of my mind to get out and travel. I'm hoping through meeting people on here I can learn from others experience and travel on my own, before I commit to returning to school.
