One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Run 43 km on my own by Moscow river non-stop,and actually that was spontation and just wondered that day how much could I run and made myself a challenge to run till I can’t 😅

Teach :
hmm how to stay cool in stressed situations,read faster,sleep deeped,work more affectively wasting less time
I can also teach how to be sarcastic 😹 cuz I’m always sarcastic people even can’t recognize me being so
But speaking about something useful... I can teach how to calm with the help and of art,music,dance and meditation
It really can change your daily life)
