Hey! I’m Danila — a 19-year-old guy originally from Russia, currently living my life on the road. I travel full-time, film podcasts, meet inspiring people, and believe that every new country is a chance to live a completely different life.
I’m curious, easy-going, and love deep conversations (but also can laugh for hours about the dumbest things). I’ve interviewed celebrities, studied at one of the top universities in Moscow, and now I’m building a life that fits me — full of freedom, creativity, and human connection.

I’m into music (trained vocals + piano), media, psychology, languages, storytelling, and spontaneous adventures. I also run a podcast on YouTube that started as a wild idea — and hit over 100K views in the first episode.

I’m on Couchsurfing because I believe the best part of traveling isn’t just the places — it’s the people. Hotels are boring. I’d rather drink tea in someone’s kitchen, talk about life, share stories, and see the world through local eyes.
I’m building a life around connection — through podcasts, travels, and conversations. Couchsurfing feels like a natural extension of that. It’s not just about a free place to stay — it’s about real human moments.

Music, Movies, and Books

I’m into classical music — especially piano. My favorite pianist is Horowitz, his interpretation of Rachmaninoff and Chopin always gives me chills. At the same time, I love powerful modern artists like Beyoncé — she’s on another level when it comes to performance and presence.
Movies:
I don’t really have a specific taste in films — I can enjoy anything from deep dramas to light comedies. But one movie that really impressed me was Us (2019) by Jordan Peele. The atmosphere, the symbolism, the soundtrack — unforgettable.

Teach:
I can teach you the basics of piano or how to use your voice better — I’ve had professional vocal training. I also know a lot about social media, podcasting, content production, and marketing — happy to share insights or help you grow your project. Oh, and if you’re curious about Russian culture (or slang), I got you.
Learn:
I love learning how people live, think, love, eat, and dream in different parts of the world. I’m especially curious about local traditions, psychology, history, and languages — even just a few phrases in your language would be awesome.
