Who are you and who am I? I find it verry interesting why people meet. I like the diversity of people.

There's time for humor, silence and time for a good talk. I am a bit of a philosopher ;-)

Iam a single man. 44 years, practice Yoga at least an half an hour a day. I like my work and like to sing, dance and walk into nature.

As a young guy i had a stable life living in a little village in the Netherlands. I have two brothers and one sister. I was verry interested in sound and audio equipment. Singing an playing organ music.
After my studie on electronics i went to Utrecht City also netherlands. I learned how to setup a camera set. I got into electronics, repairing en making audio equipment. I got bored and wanted to work with people. I became a social worker. But this was hard for me to handle in these day's.

Meanwhile i started to develop myself as a lighting technician, video editor. After some experience i travelled from theatre to theatre in the netherlands with musical, a children’s Opera and a magician and even acrobatics from Peking.
It was the creative part i liked the most. The experiance of theatre and media i wanted to share with people that had a distance to society. People who wanted to become theatre technician to. I wanted to work on an inclusieve society from the creative perspective. After many years of trail and error i now start to work for my own. As an entrepreneur i like to inspire people, organisations and local gouverments to work on an inclusive society.

I have a beautifull network of people. A variety of women and men, young adults, elder. There is coming and going and sometimes there is contact and sometimes people go out of sight, but never from the heart.

In my life i had beautifull relationships. I have lost a partner in 2016. She died on cancer.We were almost 11 years together. I have a life behind me since then... met new people got inspired by lots of them ...
Life goes on and i like to see what's life got in store. It's time to explore the world by couchsurfing...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to move out of my comfort zone. I was always of planning everything into detail. I am a bit chaotic and planning works a lot. New times have come and i like experiment and get inspired by traveling through nature and meeting people from other countries and cultures.

In my house people come and go. Eating, having philosophic talks. Friends can come over, even when i am not at home.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like Soul, old school Hip hop, Rock, Little Jazz sometimes, Classical music. But a few singer songwriters can please my ears.
A few movies i've seen over and over like: I am Sam, Still Alice, Perk of being a wallflower.
I've red Lord of the rings Toon Kortooms his books, but also Da Vinci Code etc..
