About Me
Hola! Hey! :)
I am a cheerful and curious girl who loves learning and discovering new things, that's why traveling is one of my biggest passions. I've always lived close to nature, may for this reason I have always had a great love for nature: animals, plants... Nowadays I live in a town called Artés, located in the province of Barcelona and which is surrounded by vineyards, pine forests and fields, from where I can see the Montserrat mountain.
I find beauty and pleasure in the little things of everyday life, and one of my favourite routines is doing woodlandwalks with Panchito, my beloved dog, or just staying home and play with my cat Sushi while a drink a tea, I hear music, whatch films, series or I read.
Doing handmades such as painting, knitting, sewing, crochetting... or whatever that means using my hands to create something is one of my favourite things of the world! This also includes cooking or taking pictures, among other things :D.
I also really love to share my time and have fun with my friends, my family and all the people I care about!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think Couchsurfing is not just staying in someone's house: it's learning from others, sharing who we are, our culture, time and stories, enriching each other... among other things. Allows you to meet nice local people and make friends all over the world. Is a good way to know a culture, have an authentical and cooperative experience that makes your world bigger and a better place.
What I most like of traveling is getting to know each society and culture of the places I go to: getting closer to it's people daily life and trying new things.
This form of traveling also lets people save money and afford more trips, and easier for everybody: shows that not only money matters or is valuable, there are plenty of things that make us richer, happier, etc.!

Music, Movies, and Books
Mmm, that's something difficult to specifize!
I love indie and folk music, also songs from different corners of the world, I love traveling trough the sounds and the lyrics (even if I can't understand what they say, but is always better if I know its meaning). Despite this tendence I like different kinds of music: I have an eclectic tastes and I am open to explore other varieties :).
About movies I like all kind, but Amélie, Cinema Paradiso, Captain Fantastic, My Neighbor Totoro or Mamma Mia are some of my favourite ones.
I like reading diverse things: from fiction novels, to historical ones...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveling as much as I can, discovering the nearest and the farthest places of the world that we live in, what helps me to know myself better, grow, turn wiser, happier and appreciate more my home, family, friends and life at the same time that I meet great people and different realities that now take part of me.
Adopting a dog and cat abandoned from the street, bottle feed them, raise them, love them ... and see that between them a great and beautiful friendship arises! Then they say that cats and dogs don't get along: show that love arises from the unexpected and that everyone has opportunities and hope, a life lesson!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would be pleased to share my time, stories, telling you things about my culture (and hearing yours), having fun or playing some games... I love cooking, so I'd love to cook something for you, helping or learning some new recipes to prepare them when I am back home and traveling back whenever I taste them :).
I can help to do some home's work, caring animals...
