hi everyone! I'm Yağmur.
i believe that collecting memories and learning new stuff are the best ways to live a fullfilling life, we are not getting any younger, we have limited time in this planet so i would like to meet people who make my life more colorful and fun.
i live in bursa with my family in an apartment . we have an asocial pet parrot and sooooo many beautiful plants.
doing yoga, going for a walk, doing puzzles, writing something, knitting scarfs, reading books, watching movies and plays are my me-time activities but i never say no for accompany.

Что привело меня на Couchsurfing

main reason: to learn new things about world and people,
but i have several side reasons:
-still a student so i have limits financially
-i live with my family but our house is convenient to host, my parents are nice and kind, especially my mom really loves to show Bursa to our guests, she could be your guide voluntarily:)
-i always travel with my family or friends, now i want to do smth. on my own, i want to be more independent
-i really want to know new people and new cultures, the best way may be living on someone's couch :)
-i am a good cook, at least i have not killed anyone with the foods that i cooked ,yet, just kiddin:) i truly think that i am good at turkish cuisine, if you love or want to try turkish food i could be the right person.also i am interested in different cuisines, i think food is the one of the best ways to know a culture.
-i am writing my thesis about sharing economy so i think trying it by first hand may be enlightening:)
-i barely have chances to practice in english, i am a very chatty person in turkish so i want to be a chatty person internationally:)
-i am going to spend a semester in mainz, germany as an excahnge student and i am planning to go some places in europe so i will need a place to stay:)

some of my fav books: wuthering heights by emily bronte, fear by stefan zweig, bizim büyük çaresizliğimiz by barış bıçakçı, all harry potter books, blindness by jose saramago, infatuations by javier marias.....

i just write the ones that i can remember at once, ı don't like label aynthing as "favorite", because we always are changing and our favorites too. we can love somethings forever but also we can find something new to love more.

be born is the most amazing thing that i have done :)
i have achieved to visit all touristic places and do all touristic clishes in two days in london:)
lived in england with an lovely english family for 2.5 months and it was amazing:)

i am not sure that i have much to teach, but i can show you my city, give some tips about our culture and our lives. i am totally open to learn something new from you or with you. and i am really good at cooking as i said before, you won't regret it:) if you are interested in i can teach you some turkish words for daily use and i would be happy to learn something in your language.
