Chloé : I am living in a small countryside near Nantes (West of France). I am travelling and doing volunteering in Europe from September 2019 to April 2020 with Workaway's website. I'm a native french speaker and I am fluent in English but I need to practise a bit. I really love meeting new people who can share their stories to me. I enjoy going out to drink a beer at night (I also like tea and coffee ahah), I enjoy music very much, learning things about people's culture, visiting a new city, and travelling. I will be very happy to share some days with you, and to learn about your life and your place.

Elisa : I was born in Saint-Malo, the 07th of March 1997. Saint-Malo is a small city situated next to the sea. I grew up in Saint-suliac, a former fisherman village. This life teach me the love of nature and peaceful life. I like to spent moment next to the sea : watching the sun rising and the sunset, reading on the beach, swimming and doing nothing but watch. I have a little brother who is 19. He's going to Marseille on September to study merchant navy. My mother is a special educator and my father is a mechanic on plane.
Last year, I spent 9 month in Canada. I studied social development in l'UQAR, Rimouski during 8 months and I went in a Ranch during 1 month, in Ontario. I like those experiences because I met people that I will see again or maybe not but who make me a better person. I also learned that I'm interested about people way of life and thinking.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are two friends from France and we want to travel during our gap year. We are now doing a workaway in Penamacor (Est of Portugal). We also want to visit a few cities near our workaway location so we decided to have an account on Couchsurfing.
We lived and work together for one year.
We're open minded, we like to discover new stuff and ways of living. We worked in a snack so we know some stuff about cooking ;)
