Overview
About Me
I'm french. I actually never lived in France, but as a daughter of two travel lovers, I grew up and spent my life around the globe.
Now living in Montreal I work in a contemporary art gallery. As I just finished my master degree in History of art, I can't wait to get back on tracks to travel !
I'm a jazz lover (I played jazz guitar for a long time), a cuisine amateur, a curious mind and a great laughter !
I also travel with my boyfriend. Link toward his profile : https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/yael-barouh
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
New on this platform, I definitely want to try out this experience of sharing and learning !
I always felt that the best way to know a country and it's culture is to experience it from the local's point of view. So couchsurfing seems to me a pretty great way to meet people, share experiences, laught and have fun !
It also seems that the values of the couchsurfing community matches my values , meaning that sharing and opening yourself to new things and new people is an essential vertue.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was enjoying a great eavening with my boyfriend in an organic farm in Ontario, drinking apple cider aroud the fire , when a herd of cows ( and a really peased off white bull leading the herd ) decided that we would not have a single peace of the corn and socages we had prepared and ran toward us. We left eavreithing behind us and ran in the bushes closed to the farmer's house. It was dark so we could'nt really see where we were going and how many caws were there neither where exactly they were ! We finaly we found an open window to where we could climb in and escape the herd.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach jazz / blues guitar (for beginners). I love to do jam session, ! So if you play an instrument, or like to learn to play one, i'm all in !
Also LOVE to cook, experiment new dishes, learn new way to arrange ingredients . I think food is a universal way to connect with people, and to learn about their culture.
I can teach you French ( and need to practice my spanish and italian )
