About us:

A Brazilian girl and an Israeli guy who met in Cambodia... Wait, what?

Two solo backpackers who stumbled across each other in the Island of Koh-Rong and fell in love. Since then are traveling together.

So far we've chilled in the islands of Cambodia, motorbiked across the vast mountains of Vietnam, swam in the clear waters of the Philippines, got lost in Hong-Kong and climbed the peak of the Anapurna circut in Nepal.

About Yanai:

Backpacking is currently my life, and so is the culture that comes with it!

After hours of EMS duties as a paramedic in a busy town I've decided to set out and see the world with a more chill vibe to it.

My favourite thing is... food! STREET FOOD. I love tasting the world. I also enjoy tracking, going to the cinema in different countries and trying out new sports.

Already got plenty of stories up my sleeve that I would be happy to share.

About Carolina:

As far as I can remember, traveling is my number 1 passion. So I decided to follow that dream and go around the world for a while!

After working in an office for years I knew I needed a break and see the world, and feel free. Gladly that's what I'm doing :)

I'm from Brazil, I love trying different food, learning new languages, understanding diverse cultures, watch series and talk about random stuff.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We'll be honest, couch surfing is the best way to meet with local folks and travel cheap. Hey... we all got a budget, right?

Yanai:

Sci-fi movies... just name it I know it. Tarantino is my all time favourite.

When it comes to music my ears are wide open.

Carolina:

I can remember all the lyrics of pop songs... seriously.

I like reading novels regarding WW2, Afeganistan, romance and thrillers.

I like movies with time travel theme, but also comedy, thriller.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One?! Cliff jumping, swimming with sea turtles, surfing, motorbike looping, parachuting... and a lot more.

Teach, Learn, Share

Yanai:

Can teach the basics of Hebrew, head-standing, traveling tips, how to make Shakshuka, how to stop a bleeding with your own t-shirt and too many card games.

Would enjoy teaching Portuguese and Spanish, belly dancing, how to make mango float (delicious dessert), and some samba moves.
