I come from a city in the center of Germany and I’m happy to call such a beautiful place my home.
From the age of 5 onwards I belonged to a dancing club where we were performing Jazz dance but also Folk dance which is so much fun indeed. I think it was also one of my first contacts with so many different cultures, because we where traveling across Europe to participate in international dance festivals.
After finishing high school I wanted to go somewhere else. I ended up in Berlin where I have lived for six years now already. During these years I became an optician, worked as an extra at film sets and did some other smaller jobs in the advertising industry and also lived Mexico City, Hongkong and London for three months each.
Two years ago I started studying industrial engineering for ecology and sustainability. And right now I’m living in Japan as part of my semester abroad and couldn’t be happier.
I love to get cultural experience through the food, going as much as possible by feet, listening to some music or dancing.

Since I've started studying abroad in Japan I also write a blog to collect my memories and to share it with friends, family and of course everyone who is interested:)

Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing

Reason number one definitely is to get a true and authentic experience of the place where I travel to. I’m looking forward to getting to know friendly people. As I already love the sharing concept when it comes to stopping food waste or car sharing, I see no reason why everyone shouldn’t start with Couchsurfing too:)
