I'm a student of conservatory (music studies - I study viola, heh) in Prague, Czech Republic, which was also my birth place and where I've lived whole my life. I like to get to know new people with their ways of seeing the world cause it teach me a lot about one-sidedness of my own view and relativity of probably everything. And also because it's just fun and nice to see the sparkle in eyes of people speaking about their passions or experiences - this makes me bit happier and somehow alive always. :))

2024: We have a band called VER TERRAE, playing trad folk songs from different countries, so I'll be absolutely excited about any tips of your homeland's folklore!! 😊

Maybe important: I'm a nonsmoking, absolutely undemanding and friendly person, who likes parties but also can be very quiet, who prefers tidines but can handle a little dirt sometimes :D

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Because when I travel while ruining my whole budget (still studying and not earning so much - so it could mean less travelling too) and bringing back some souvenir from a tourist shop at most, it seems to me so much less than possibility to travel more and to meet new people everywhere - to make friends, get to know other cultures, have fun and make a lot of memories.

Music: almost all kinds of music but for example King Crimson, Leonard Cohen, J. S. Bach, Alabama 3, Pavel Lohonka Žalman, Fanfare Ciocarlia, Jarek Nohavica, Pink Floyd, Saban Bajramovic, The Claypool Lennon Delirium... and sooooo many more :D

Movies: I don'n know so many movies, even though I'd like to. Here only some examples: Black Cat, White Cat; Four Rooms (and Tarantino at all); A War (Lindholm); movies of Monty Python;...

Books: Probably the favourite writer would be Milan Kundera - I really like his way of thinking. Some books of other authors: East of Eden, Crime and Punishment, Death is My Trade (Merle), The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy,...

I like to discuss about everything except politic - maybe cause I feel too stupid for that and I guess there are enough intellectuals of nothing, no need to make that amount bigger . I don't say I understand everything else (for example sports are definitely unexplored land for me :D and many other areas too) but I also love hearing about other's passions so feel free to show me anything in the world what's amazing for you.

I can maybe teach you a bit of playing some instruments such as violin, viola, guitar, piano.. I have also trumpet and I was trying to play it but I'm sure I can't teach it - I'd be grateful if somebody teach me how to play it :D We can also sing and play some music together, though if you are good in jamming I will be probably much worse then you :D But it could be fun anyway!

I'm also not a chef nevertheless I'm cooking somehow a bit, so I can make you a breakfast or I/we may try to cook some of our national dishes in case of your interest :)

All in one - not best at almost anything but willing at everything, haha! And of course - we can go for some typical czech beer :D
