I was born at Ural, USSR, graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute as an electrical engineer and a programmer. I have Ph.D. degree, specialty "Artificial Intelligence".
The second high School was the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (Moscow), strategic manager.
