I am new to the Couchsurfing but I stayed with couchsurfers several times thanks to my veteran couchsurfer friend Tarık Selbes and met some of them during my travels. My experiences were very positive and I plan to use this account mainly for hosting. If there are multiple choices, I will prefer the people who have hosted someone before.

I wanted to host someone before but the apartments I lived weren't suitable for hosting. Now I have a bigger apartment where I can host and still have my privacy.
My reasons: meeting people from different cultures, helping fellow travelers and changing my routine life a little bit.
