When people ask me where am I from I usually give them the biggest Italian hand shake as I say Im FROM Spaghetti BOLOGNESE!!! I come from a family of chefs and I just can’t help, but love food. I was born in Bologna (Italy) and spent most of my childhood in a small town on the Amalfi coast near Pompeii with my grandparents. Sparking in me my passion for learning languages, because yes Neapolitan is actually a completely different language from Italian. As I young 14yrs old I was awarded a 6months foreign student exchange sponsorship which I spent in New Zealand igniting the fire in my belly for travelling. I lived in London most of my adult life enabling me to travel around Europe a lot. I lived in Egypt, Kenya, North America, UK, Spain and I’m currently in Perth, Australia.
