I’m Clémence, I'm 24 years old, originally from France. I studied at a Cinema School in Lyon and I worked as a film editor in Paris. I spent my days editing and shaping stories, which probably explains why I’m so curious about people’s real-life stories too !

I’m adventurous and I'm at a point in my life where I’m questioning the way I want to live, after having lived two years in Paris. I’m trying to explore different ways of living, different rhythms, different environments. Couchsurfing feels like a beautiful way to do that ☀️

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people, sharing meals, wandering around cities, having conversations, or laughing at silly things. I make a lot of jokes (and I’m currently training to be as funny in English then in my native language — progress is happening… slowly) 🤪

I am currently on a big trip with my boyfriend Eliot, and we are going to Thailand by hitchhiking 👍

Music, Movies, and Books

Cinema is a big part of who I am. I love discovering films from different countries, talking about storytelling, and hearing about the movies that shaped you. If you have a favorite film, we should talk about it ! 🍿

My favorite film is Thelma and Louise : two brave women on the road, chasing freedom and inspiring me with their courage and independence 🚘

My favorite song changes every week ahahah 🎶

My favorite book is The Alchemist by Paulo Coehlo : it reminds me that the real journey is about listening to your heart and having the courage to follow your own path, even when it’s uncertain 🏔️

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I joined my boyfriend in Zagreb to hitchhike to Thailand! ( He is crazy but this trip is so much fuuun)

I went to a cinema school in Tunisia to make a movie and I went to Sardegna to work on a sicilian movie🎥

I’m open-minded, curious, and always ready for spontaneous adventures. I enjoy simple moments: cooking together, listening to music, learning from different perspectives, and share a moment of life.
