Hey, I’m Jérémy, a French traveler, I had settled in Helsinki in 2020 but moved back to France in September 2025 after more than 5 years spent in beautiful Northern Europe ! 🇫🇷🇫🇮

I’ve been a carpenter and furniture maker for many years but in 2021 I stepped in the restaurant industry and spent 4 amazing years ! It’s such a great way to socialize and meet people, especially as an expat. Also I love (natural) wine so that was great in that regard 😆

I am a really outdoorsy person, I love hiking, biking, being out in the forest picking mushrooms, and just love nature in general. On the opposite side, I also do love a good rainy day spent indoors watching movies and snacking.

I’ve been using Couchsurfing pretty much only as a surfer up until now but I’m finally getting into a more stable situation and I could accept to host if I’m available (and if you happen to visit this hard-to-reach part of France I live in 😅)

I am vegetarian so if I host you let’s have vegetarian food, it really is tasty trust me !

Bikepacking 2000km across Finland/Sweden during summer 2024. Pure freedom.
