Maxine graduated with a degree in landscape architecture in 2019. She is a hugely creative person who loves to design and create new things including jewellery. Tom has a keen passion for sport and most of his hobby’s outside of work revolve around outdoors. He graduated with a degree in Sports Science in 2019. He plays golf, cricket, rugby and enjoys sailing, windsurfing and skiing when they’re in season. To wind down he enjoys reading, watching sport and listening to podcasts. His strengths tend to come with anything practical and hands on and is a quick learner with physical tasks.

Her hobby’s include hockey, surfing, windsurfing, hiking and horse riding. To relax she loves yoga and reading. She’s easy going, patient yet hardworking and passionate when it comes to the things she loves. She has started to learn Spanish and is keen to improve on her language skills.
