I'm Hanane EL MAOUZI, a curious soul from Kelaa Sraghna, Morocco. I'm passionate about traveling, learning languages, and connecting with people from different backgrounds. I believe in growth through experience and community. Currently, I'm volunteering with CorpsAfrica and teaching literacy and English in a rural area. My passion for learning never ends—whether it’s mastering a new language, understanding local customs, or trying a new recipe. I love sharing stories, laughing over tea, and discovering how people live around the world. Exploring nature and connecting with communities gives me a real sense of purpose.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy peaceful and traditional music, and sometimes upbeat world rhythms. I love reading books on self-development, languages, and novels that take me somewhere new. As for movies, anything that inspires or makes me reflect dramas, documentaries, and adventure stories.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing experiences I've had is volunteering with CorpsAfrica in Morocco. I left my home and city to live in a rural village for 10 months, where I teach Arabic to women and English to children, and work on community-based development projects. Despite the challenges, limited resources, tough living conditions, and isolation, this experience has taught me patience, resilience, and the true value of serving others. Seeing the joy and progress in the eyes of the women and children when they learn something new is the most rewarding achievement I've ever had.
