Hello, I'm Damian!
I am a young student, who wants to meet nice people and explore their cultures and hear their opinions.

In my spare time I like to work with wood, last year I build a greenhouse from old windows for our garden.

I‘m studying computer science in Munich.
I love to do all kinds of sports, depending on who is around - running, cycling, swimming, bouldering, hiking, squash, football … did my first Ironman this year.
I enjoy long distance cycling, last year I did Germany to Nordkapp.

I am fascinated by the idea of Couchsurfing. It's awesome that people open their homes to travelers.
I think there can evolve great meetings and friendships. When one goes to another place, it is so cool to be shown around by a local - I love it!

I like a lot of different styles of music. My favorite genres might be Indie, Acoustics, Techno.
Favorite artists: Simon & Garfunkel, ABBA, Paul Kalkbrenner, RÜFÜS DU SOL

Recently i read 'Why we sleep' and it is such an interesting book. I liked 'When breath becomes air' a lot.

I love 'The Truman Show', such a good movie. 'Click' and all Charlie Chaplin & Buster Keaton films are also awesome. 'Battleship Potemkin' was a great movie too.

I love hitchhiking. So far my longest route was from Venice to Munich - hopefully other Roads in the future.
