My name is João, but you may call me Vale, I'm a 24 year old portuguese currently living and working in Sofia, Bulgaria to save some money for my English-Spanish teaching Master degree and meanwhile I enjoy traveling and getting out of my own comfort zone. My biggest dream is to one day own a yellow Volkswagen van from the 60's, convert it into a house and recreate either Into the Wild or On the Road and just travel the whole world, meeting all sort of people, cultures, backgrounds and listening to all sorts of stories. We are all human, love is universal and frontiers are imaginary lines.

I'm an all-rounder in terms of music, I pretty much enjoy at least a couple of songs from every genre, but my heart is in the 2000's, especially the initial punk rock/emo rock scene (Green Day, My Chemical Romance, Linkin Park, Blink-182, Sum 41). I'm also into roadtrip kind of songs ahahah

As for books I recommend checking my Goodreads, currently I'm more into reading classics like Frankenstein, The Great Gatsby, Dorian Gray, Clockwork Orange, etc

I enjoy so many movies and TV shows, the point is that I'm always open to suggestions to expand my cultural insights, be it music, movies, books, gastronomy, history, etc and I'm happy to share my tastes and opinions if the topics flow :)
