Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I love good modern soul music like Tom Misch, but you can also wake me up for a slow techno party like Bicep.

I love reading books that have a historical background, such as the books of Khaled Hosseini about the history of Afghanistan. This also comes from my interest for the Middle East and trying to understand different cultures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For me, travelling is more about the people than it is about the sights. Of course, I have seen amazing views in my life and hikes through many gorgeous places. However, in Colombia, my favorite moment was a Sunday afternoon, were I was with two middle-aged Colombian ladies, who invited me to their home for dinner. The dinner resulted in drinking a few beers, and dancing with the entire family of 15 people, in a small house of 15m2.

I have a lot of thoughts about the world, equality, and development, that I would love to share with other people, and exchange knowledge and thoughts.
I would love to learn more about Latino culture, the people of Colombia, differences and similarities between cultures. And of course, improve my Spanish.
