Who am I? A million-dollar question. I think one of the main reasons I travel is to discover a little more about myself each time. Actually, maybe it’s the main driving force behind everything I do in life: to know myself, the world, and others better. It’s the same reason I chose to study psychology — I feel an immense curiosity for people, their life stories, their dreams, their vulnerabilities.

I’ve traveled to about 50 countries, mostly alone with just my backpack, I’ve lived in 4 different countries, I’ve met countless people and, for those who ask, no — I’m not tired of it yet. And I don’t think I ever will be. Life, for me, is a search — and I’ll never stop searching. What I seek is the essential: a hammock by the sea, a beer at sunset, sharing genuine emotions.

Couchsurfing, for me, is a way to meet interesting people and discover new places, to truly dive into the local culture instead of feeling like just a simple tourist. So that’s it — thank you to all the Couchsurfers who have hosted me and who will host me in the future, and thanks to everyone who has simply shared some life moments with me.

¿Quién soy? Pregunta del millón. Creo que uno de los principales motivos por los que viajo es para descubrir siempre un pedacito más de mí misma. De hecho, quizás sea el motor principal de todo lo que hago en la vida: conocerme mejor a mí misma, al mundo y a los demás. Es el mismo motivo por el que elegí estudiar psicología: siento una inmensa curiosidad por las personas, sus historias de vida, sus sueños, sus fragilidades.

He viajado por unos 50 países, casi siempre sola con mi mochila, he vivido en 4 países diferentes, he conocido a una infinidad de personas y, para quienes me lo preguntan, no, todavía no me he cansada. Y creo que nunca me cansaré. La vida, para mí, es búsqueda, y nunca dejaré de buscar. Lo que busco es lo esencial: una hamaca frente al mar, una cerveza al atardecer, compartir emociones sinceras.

Para mí, Couchsurfing es una forma de conocer personas interesantes y nuevos lugares, entrando en la cultura local sin sentirme una simple turista. Así que nada, gracias a todos los couchsurfers que me han hospedado y que me hospedarán, y gracias a todos los que simplemente han compartido momentos de vida conmigo.

Music: songwriters like Bob Dylan and Cohen and also the italian ones like De Andrè, Lucio Dalla, De Gregori etc; Indie and Indie rock music, reggae, electronic. I love festivals.
Reading is one of my biggest passion and it's probably the only constant in my life. It’s hard to say what I like reading but some of the the books that changed my life are the ones of the italian writer Pirandello and the psychologist Carl Gustav Jung. Also the books about buddhism and oriental philosophy have been really important to me.

I've lived in Estonia with minus 20 degrees, I've lived in Colombia in a quite dangerous "barrio", I've traveled one month in Europe just using couchsurfing and I've traveled in South East Asia often sleeping in my beloved tent.
