Hello everyone! 🤗
I'm Helena, and I have lived a nomadic lifestyle since I finished my university. I travel a lot as a way to my personal development and growth... And because it was always my dream! So I usually spend spring or summer in Europe by working with horses (as a groomer and now also kinda physiotherapist). And the rest of the year around Latin America.❤️‍🔥 I usually volunteer there in different communities/centres because I like to learn about plants... Especially medicinal and master plants from the traditions of the indigenous people. But also because I love to live in the tropical climate by a seaside!

I like to meet cool people, different cultures and explore new places on our beautiful planet. I am a friendly and open-minded person who loves nature, ocean, animals, and adventures... But I also enjoy cities and the things they offer - like music, dancing or a beer.

I live a healthy lifestyle in peace... And I wish health and happiness for the entire Earth. I am therefore interested in ecology, permaculture, organic farming, self-sufficiency, etc.💚

I think that meeting people and share moments together is one of the best ways how to experience the beauty of life itselfs. I like to meet different people all around the world and make new friends. Sometimes I need a place where I can sleep.

To be complete, happy, and healthy, we have to keep our spirit ~ soul ~ body in balance.☮️

My interests and activities are, therefore, really various. I love movement - dancing, walking, hiking, running, riding horses, cycling, yoga, workout, fire show... I love singing, playing music instruments (piano, flute, guitar...) and going to concerts and music festivals. I also like handcraft and DIY and creating some jewelleries or decorations from natural materials. I always like to learn some new skills and knowledge - at this moment, it's mostly Spanish, Portuguese, and playing a guitar. I love to connect with the ocean and nature, to sleep outside under the stars... simply enjoy the present moment.✨️

I want to explore Latin America. And I don't mean to just go to the famous places as a tourist, but to really get to know the local culture and indigenous people, explore amazing places in nature and live there for a long time. I've always been interested in native American's traditions, shamanism, and medicinal plants. So I like to be right at the places where it all comes from to fully connect with this wisdom and force.

My most favourite movies are the ones unclear with a surprising end, like Shutter Island, Fight Club, Interstellar, etc.

I danced for 12 hours in a row on the winter solstice ecstatic dance ceremony to celebrate the longest night of the year.

I can share my travel experiences - I've visited many countries in Europe and I've been travelling around Latin America alone for almost 2 years already.
