Hola! soy Mikel un estudiante de psicología que acaba de terminar la carrera y se ha tomado el año libre para viajar y conocer nuevas personas y nuevas culturas. Me considero una persona abierta, extrovertida, trabajadora y aventurera a la que le encanta el mar, la montaña y los animales.
Mi año libre esta terminando, acabo de regresar de centro america y me usado mucho la app de couchsurfing alli. he conocido a un monton de gente y las experiencias que he vivido con los couchsurfers alli han sido geniales. Ahora que estoy de vuelta en casa me gustaría devolver el favor y alojar a gente que este interesada en visitar Bilao y sus alrededores. Dispongo de coche y fui guía de montaña en esta zona por lo que podríamos hacer senderismo (si el tiempo es bueno) hacer acampada (tengo un par de tiendas). Tambien conozco un monton de playas poco turisticas y sitios autenticos y locales para visitar.
Por otra parte también me encanta la fiesta y ahora que el covid se acabo son las fiestas de todos los pueblos de alrededor de bilbao. Por lo que si prefieres alojarte en bilbao pero salir de fiesta con alguien no dudes en decirme, lo mismo si te apetece hacer algún plan de senderismo o de playa.

Hi! I'm Mikel, a psychology student who has just finished his degree and has taken the year off to travel and meet new people and new cultures. I consider myself an open-minded, outgoing, easygoing and adventurous person who loves the sea, the mountains and animals.
My year off is coming to an end, I just got back from Central America and I used the couchsurfing app there a lot. I met a lot of people and the experiences I had with the couchsurfers were so great. Now that I am back home I would like to return the favor and host people who are interested in visiting Bilao and its surroundings. I have a car and I was a mountain guide in this area so we could go hiking (if the weather is good) and camping (I have a couple of tents). I also know a lot of not touristic beaches and authentic and local places to visit.
On the other hand I also love to party and now that the covid is over are the festivals of all the towns around bilbao. So if you prefer to stay in bilbao but go out partying with someone let me know, the same if you feel like doing some hiking or beach plan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Estoy en couchsurfing porque me encanta conocer gente autóctona de los piases a los que viajo y que me enseñen sus tradiciones y los mejores spots del lugar. Considero que couchurfing es una manera diferente de viajar ya que da la oportunidad de tener una experiencia mas autentica y cercana del lugar al que viajas.

I am couchsurfing because I love to meet local people from the countries I travel to and they show me their traditions and the best spots of the place. I consider couchsurfing a different way to travel because it gives the opportunity to have a more authentic and closer experience of the place you are traveling to.
