-Please I kindly ask you to have a good hygiene, keep in mind that the weather is really hot 🥵 and you will be sweaty a lot. So when you arrive I strongly suggest you give yourself a bath

-please bring your one hygiene personal ítems

-If you move something please return it to the place you found it. If you use plates or something, please wash them.

-no smoking please
- please keep in mind to send the request for the days you want to stay with us. Respect those dates.
- please make sure you can cover your meals.

Yo vivo en casa de mis gatas. Ellas son las dueñas y yo solo una inquilina más. Es su territorio. Si eres alérgico o no te gustan los pelitos en la ropa o estás dudando en convivir con ellas porfa no envíes solicitud

Trata a la gente con cortesía como a tí te gustaría ser tratado. Sé respetuoso y educado.

Es muy importante que antes de mandar solicitud entiendas estas reglas:

-mis gatas 🐈 están en su casa. Ellas van a andar por todo el departamento. Si dudas de poder convivir 24/7 en un ambiente con gatos por favor evita mandar solicitud para no incomodarte después.

-No traigas invitados a la casa, recuerda que no es la tuya. Podemos salir con más personas pero la estancia solamente la pediste tú

-Solamente cuento con una llave la cual yo poseo y no te la voy a dar, tampoco podré dejarte solo/a en el departamento a menos que se hable primero.

-Por favor te pido que tengas una buena higiene dado que Tuxtla es muy caliente y sudarás bastante. Considera darte un baño en cuanto llegues y los olores.

-por favor trae tus propios objetos de aseo personal (toalla, jabón, cepillo de dientes,etc)

-Si mueves algo de lugar por favor regrésalo a donde estaba y si ensucias algo , làvalo.

- por favor asegúrate de que las fechas que solicites sean las correctas ya que tu plan puede ser flexible pero nosotros tenemos ya una rutina.

- por favor hazte cargo de tus propios alimentos, puede que te apoyemos con desayuno y algunos alimentos pero sé considerado.

-Puede que sean reglas básicas pero me he visto en la necesidad de escribirlas. Créeme! Bienvenido 🤗
