Overview
About Me
I'm Junaid, originally from southern India. Right now, I'm studying for an MBA in Berlin, Germany. Although I don't travel all the time, I really enjoy exploring new places. I don't plan my trips in advance; I just go whenever I have some free time. What I love most about traveling is meeting new people and making friends along the way. It's like collecting special memories from each place I visit. So, whether it's a beautiful beach in Goa, the busy streets of Berlin, or anywhere else, I always find something interesting to learn and someone interesting to meet. Traveling and making friends during my journeys is what makes me truly happy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I use Couchsurfing because it allows me to connect with people from all over the world in a unique and authentic way. It's not just about finding a place to stay; it's about experiencing different cultures firsthand and making genuine connections with locals and fellow travelers. Couchsurfing gives me the opportunity to see the world through the eyes of the people who live there, and it often leads to unforgettable experiences and friendships that last a lifetime. It's a fantastic way to break away from the traditional tourist path and create meaningful memories on my travels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The intense love I once felt for a girl is one fantastic thing I've gone through in my life. She had my complete and sincere love. But at one point she suddenly turned around and left, dropping me in the middle of our journey. I was completely shaken by the situation because it was so painful.
The most wonderful aspect of this story, nevertheless, is how it changed me while she was by my side. I received amazing changes as a result of her presence. I experienced growth in ways I never expected.
I overcame the overwhelming pain that originally affected me despite the heartbreak. Even though she had physically left my life, she was still present in my heart. This experience has taught me courage and the ability to grow through challenges, even though I can never forget her.
What I Can Share with Hosts
"I like to share a bit about myself with my Couchsurfing hosts. I tell them where I'm from, what I'm studying or working on, and what interests me. It helps us connect better, and I'm also curious to learn about their background and culture.
Sometimes, I offer to cook a meal from my country or share my language skills if they're interested in learning. Sharing travel stories is also a common thing I do. It's a great way to exchange tips and inspire each other.
I believe in being a helpful guest, so I offer to assist with chores or contribute to shared expenses like groceries. It's a way to show respect for their space and be considerate.
But what's even more special is that I don't just view my hosts as temporary acquaintances. I see them as friends, and I'm open to counting them as part of my extended family for the future. If the opportunity arises, I'd love to travel with them if they enjoy my company. Building lasting connections and friendships through Couchsurfing is one of the most rewarding aspects of my journeys."
