I'm Aryel (or Abdul Majeed, if you are Muslim), a Brazilian nomad who is fascinated by different cultures and who loves meeting people from different places. My journey began six years after I embraced Islam, and since then I've been on an adventure that has taken me across Egypt, Lebanon, Turkey, and Qatar.

Along the way, I've had the privilege of making friends with people who have broadened my horizons and definitely added to my understanding of the world. Not too long ago I just so happened to find the love of my life in Turkey, and we've been happily married for the past six months.

I'm currently volunteering in Süleymaniye, and more than willing to share my knowledge about Turkish culture and Islam. I'm not hosting guests for now, but I'm down for meeting up.
