Hey, i’m Olena, an arts and films enthusiast, born and raised in Kyiv, Ukraine!

I'm incredibly passionate about art, animation, films, and music. I work in the animation industry as an illustrator and frame-by-frame animator. Not only did I graduate as an Animation Director, but this craft is also a significant part of my life.

For inspiration, I love traveling - sometimes using Airbnb, and sometimes Couchsurfing. I've visited 16 countries so far, with Japan being the farthest. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures, exploring their world, and sharing our perspectives on life and art. I believe art is a universal language that connects us all.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a huge enjoyer of movies and fascinated by how they are made. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in directing animated films and have even made a few myself. Some of my films have been showcased at international festivals, and more are set to be shown in the future. I'm really immersed in the cinematic experience and love discussing it. We can have some great chats about movies! By the way i work in animation industry right now. So get ready to deep dive in the world of creating films with me! :)

I'm really passionate about music and love exploring different genres like experimental, indie, punk, electronic, and alternative. Some of my favorite artists are La Femme, Aphex Twin, Powerplant, Grimes, Doon Kanda, and classics from the 80s like The Stranglers and Kate Bush. Music is a big part of my life - i enjoy it while working, relaxing, and hanging out. Plus, I have some amazing musician friends, and we often have great conversations about music.
