Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have not had the opportunity to travel that much so far. My friend recommended Couchsurfing to me as a way to connect with local people and have a less touristic experience in a different country. I am also traveling on a budget and this is a way for me to save some money and be able to see more things as well as meet some nice people and to get an idea of what it is like for someone living in another country rather than just meet more backpackers in hostels.
