Gianluca & Francesca, both 29 years old from Italy, married since 2020. Since my job allows me to work remotely, in 2022 we took the decision to travel around the world for around 1 year. We are currently in South East Asia,. I (Gianluca) work as a Online Marketing specialist, namely, I help enterprises to grow online and find new customers through advertisement. However my academic background is in International Relations, I studied in Italy and China, and I shifted now my contract to part-time so I can dedicate some time to study, as I want to do a PhD. My wife Francesca is an English teacher at middle schools. We both love meeting new people, experiencing authenticity and get to know others cultures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We visited a remote village close to Ruteng, Indonesia, we brought some books and pens to the children who lived there and we played football together. We just had an amazing time. They never saw a foreigner before and it was heartbreaking.
