About Me

I’m an Engineer, working in IT as a programmer for the very same company for 8 years already and remotely, which allows me to be anywhere and manage my own time and rhythm. I’m an adventurous, easy going, honest, friendly, humble, fun man, enthusiastic about travelling and meeting people for interchanging experiences locally and overseas.
Btw, nobody calls me by my name, Miguel; instead, they call me Limón, which is my surname. Lime, melon, melón, sandía, agrio... would also work for me. ;)

Interests

Sightseeing anywhere along with people: beaches, forest, mountaineering, roller skating, dancing (all kinds, especially cumbia and salsa), concerts, partying, movies, cinema, downtown, practising English speaking and learning any new challenging activities (sometimes to overcome my fears) and remember them as gold memories to my old self.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy all genres, some I do love them.
Music: 80s, 90s, cumbias, salsa, rock, rockabilly
Movies: science fiction, suspense, horror (mostly make me laugh because of my nervousness).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Have travelled overseas because of my job activities, recently survived a bus rollover accident, and hiked my very first monolith.
After finishing my major degree, my social service comprised multiculturalisation activities in an orphanage, where undergraduates from all over the world came to Mexico City and took a part in such an unforgettable project.

Teach, Learn, Share

Willing to teach you Spanish, some dancing movements and maybe going out for some drinks.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A private room full-size/double bed, and accompany/show you around for food, culture, nature…
Were you planning to just find a place to sleep without interacting with the host, you would need to keep on finding somewhere else.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, France, Guatemala, Mexico, Spain, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Mexico
