Firstable, we are a cuple lol. We are Jeffersson Bustos and Anderson Tarquino. We are a gay couple from Bogotá-Colombia, however, currently, we live in Barcelona Spain. We are 34 years old. Mathematician and Architect respectively. We are here at couchsourfing because we believe that getting to know new places means meeting new people, friends and great experiences. We are a cheerful couple, with an open mind, without losing the character of responsibility, kindness and organization. We are aware that when a host opens his doors to us, he opens part of his life to us, so it is essential for us to repay that trust with respect, trust and friendship.

Hola, somos Jeffersson Bustos y Anderson Tarquino. Somos una pareja gay de Bogotá-Colombia, sin embargo, actualmente, vivimos en Barcelona España. Tenemos 34 años. Matemático y Arquitecto respectivamente. Estamos aquí en couchsourfing porque creemos que lograremos conocer nuevos lugares implica conocer nuevas personas, amigos y grandes experiencias. Somos una pareja alegre, de mente abierta, sin perder el caracter de responsabilidad, amabilidad y organización. Somos conscientes que cuando un host nos abre sus puertas, nos abre parte de su vida, por lo que es fundamental para nosotros retribuir dicha confianza en respeto, confianza y amistad.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Queremos conocer grandes amigos por todo el mundo, conocer culturas, formas de pensar. Creemos que Couchsurfing sirve como plataforma para generar lazos y armonía entre todas las comunidades. Creemos que nosotros, la comunidad LGTBQ+ podemos enseñarle al mundo la capacidad que tenemos para amar y convivir en respeto y confianza con los demás.

Music, Movies, and Books

We do not have a specific taste for a type of musical genre. We love any kind of music, depending on the emotional mood we are in. First of all, we love Techno, not as a musical genre but as a space of spiritual and bodily freedom. Secondly, we love Rock, especially we love Queen, their lyrics, their music are more than art, it's a lifestyle. Also, we love our Latin music. We are aware that Latin America has great things to show the world, from ancient sounds to modern music like reggaeton.

As for books, we deeply love Oscar Wilde and Kindera, the depth in which they portray existence from its historical and cultural context surprises us every time we read these books.

Finally, when it comes to movies, we have a variety of directors that we love: Tim Burton, Christofer Nolan, Almodovar, Scosese, among others.

No tenemos un gusto especifico para un tipo de genero musical. Nos encanta cualquier tipo de musica, dependiendo del modo emocional en que nos encontremos. En primer lugar, nos encanta el Techno, no como un genero musical sino como un espacio de libertad espiritual y corporal. En segundo lugar, nos encanta el Rock, especialmente, amamos a Queen, sus letras, su musica son más que arte es un estilo de vida. Además, nos encanta nuestra musica latina. Somos conscientes de que latinoamerica tiene grandes cosas para mostrarle al mundo, desde los sonidos ancestrales hasta la musica moderna como el regueton.

En cuánto a libros, amamos profundamente a Oscar Wilde y Kindera, la profundidad en que retratan la existencia desde su contexto historico y cultural nos sorprende cada vez que leemos estos libros.

Por último frente a películas tenemos una variedad de directores que amamos: Tim Burton, Christofer Nolan, Almodovar, Scosese, entre otros.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As for Jeffersson, he has had the opportunity to develop projects related to education. He managed to work with the Colombian educational political sector promoting transformations to provide better educational conditions for the less fortunate in Colombia. This sense of working for others has been a great experience for Jeffersson: contributing to education.

On the one hand, Anderson, in his work as an architect, has been able to participate in design projects for large buildings. Among these is one of the most avant-garde hospitals in Bogotá Colombia.

En cuanto a Jeffersson, él ha tenido la posibilidad de desarrollar proyectos relacionados con la educación. El logro trabajar con el sector politico educativo colombiano promoviendo transformaciones para brindar mejores condiciones educativas para los menos afortunados en Colombia. Ese sentido de trabajar por los demás ha sido una gran experiencia para Jeffersson: aportar a la educación.

Por un lado, Anderson, en su labor como arquitecto ha podido participar en proyectos de diseño de grandes construcciones. Entre estos se encuentra uno de los hospitales de mayor vanguardia de Bogotá Colombia.

Podemos enseñarte de cocina latina, bailes latinos (como la salsa, regueton y meregue) algo de programación, Matemáticas, algo de ciencias, historia de la arquitectura, algo de historia y política.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Nos encanta compartir tiempo, conocer amigos, disfrutar excelentes momentos. Estamos dispuestos a conocer qué tipo de cosas serían importante para los host y que podamos aportarla.
