I work as a coach, study to be a psychologist, and teach people to be mentally calm through a healthy body and training. I like to look at people from different countries and learn about their culture and traditions 🧘🏼‍♀️

I continue to live in Ukraine, even after the start of the war. I consider myself a calm and positive person 😅
