I’m Vanderssom, 28 years old, Brazilian, I’m a person who feels the flow of life.

I love playing sports, listening to a lot of music, reading/writing about things that make me reflect and learn about life. I believe that my state of presence and happiness has been created by a combination of knowledge and feelings that I allow myself to experience. Oh, and for cycles that end and begin.

As I love changes, I always decide to change habits, many of them at the same time: practicing physical activity, meditation, breathing better, doing therapies, as diverse as possible - even on ice, prolonged fasting, learning about neuroscience and behaviors, controlling the mind more and listening and healing my own body with its own tools.

I was born in the country part of Ceará, at the age of 17 I went to Paraíba to study, and then I went to Pernambuco to continue my graduate studies, I have been in São Paulo for 3 years and here I discovered that I have no roots and that I can conquer the world.

I love being on the beach, I have a strong connection with the waters, when I’m immersed, I feel that everything is cleaned and healed, I love exposing myself to the sun, I feel it hugs me, more and more I understand that having time and being able to do things at my own pace makes me very happy.

Camino de Santiago de Compostela, 12 days, 270km and many emotions experienced, an exchange of energy and knowledge with different people from all over the world.

I am live a gap year in 2023. My goal is to travel 6 months in Europe and Oriente médio, witch basic English and Spanish, I can communicate. I've been taking weekly English classes, I really want to learn to speak English and Spanish with all this experience.
