About Me
English version 🇬🇧
I’m an open-minded, curious, and generous guy from Denmark who genuinely loves meeting new people, sharing stories, and having deep conversations mixed with good laughs 😄
I value authenticity and real human connection — those moments when we drop the masks, expectations, and the need to impress, and simply meet each other as we are.
Realizing that we’re all experiencing life for the first time, each in our own way ❤️
When I travel, I’m not very interested in museums or tourist checklists.
I much prefer local life, hitchhiking to random places, spontaneous plans, home-cooked meals, long conversations, and exploring places tourists usually don’t go ☺️
I have a deep love for Latin American and Colombian culture — the openness, warmth, music, dancing, food, and the beautiful fact that “awkwardness” simply doesn’t exist 🤩
For the first time in my life, I felt completely at home.
I try to live consciously and not on autopilot — even though habits and subconscious programming sometimes take the lead 🧘♂️
The present moment is the only moment we truly have, so I do my best to be here, now, whenever I can 🙌

My story
For over a year, I traveled alone through South America, and CouchSurfing became a huge part of my journey.
Not just as a place to sleep, but as a way to truly connect, learn, and feel at home wherever I went.
Through staying with locals, sharing everyday life, meals, laughter, and long conversations, I learned to speak fluent Spanish and fell deeply in love with Latin American culture.
The openness, the warmth, and how natural human connection feels here.
One day, I arrived in the beautiful town of Baños de Agua Santa, Ecuador.
The next morning, I explored the town and spontaneously decided to rent a bicycle and ride the waterfall route — even though it was already late in the day.
That small decision changed my life.
At the waterfall Pailón del Diablo, I met a woman.
We started talking, and something immediately felt different.
We connected deeply, spent the rest of the day together, and the following days were filled with dates every evening.
Three days later, I had to leave Ecuador and continue my journey toward Panama.
Saying goodbye was incredibly hard — I don’t think I had ever cried that much.
Still, we stayed in contact every single day as I traveled from Panama to El Salvador.
Eventually, I booked a flight to Colombia just to see her again.
I moved in with her and her family, lived with them for two months, and half a year later, on 21/11/2025, we got married 👩❤️👨
Travel taught me trust — in people, in life, and in the magic of unexpected moments.
Meeting the love of my life when I least expected it gave me a deep sense of faith in god and destiny, that things unfold exactly as they’re meant to 🙏

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To get to meet the lovely souls in this beautiful world and learn from different cultures and beliefs 🙌
I love to gather in deep and deep conversations and talk about the small and big things in life. I’m very interested in discovering emotions and feeling them so if you’re open to share some feeling or emotion you’re always welcome to share with me✨
In a society where it’s easy to escape and run away from how we feel I believe it’s very important to try to tap more into how feel even though it can be scary ❤️
Interests
I love to travel and experience the authentic culture and learn the language. If you speak Spanish or Portuguese we should definitely practice together! And if you want to learn some danish (my mother tongue) then I’m happy to share.
Hitchhiking is also fun way to travel and something I want to do more so if you have some tips then let me know 🤙
I also like to do movement or practices that gets me grounded in my body. I believe humans are meant to move and connect to the body every day! I do this through yoga, meditation, walks in nature and dancing. 🕺🧘♂️🤸🍀✨
I also like getting stronger in the gym, connecting with nature and living a healthy life. I’m very into nutrition and non toxic holistic lifestyle and I study a lot in the topic of longevity and how to live the healthiest ways possible 🥩🥭🏋️♂️
