I’m on Couchsurfing because I love meeting new people, hearing real stories, and experiencing places through the eyes of locals. For me, traveling isn’t just about visiting landmarks—it’s about meaningful connections and cultural exchange.

I believe the best memories come from spontaneous conversations, shared meals, and learning about everyday life in different parts of the world. Couchsurfing gives me the chance to live like a local, even if just for a short time, and to make friends along the way.

I enjoy all kinds of music—from Arabic classics to indie and chill vibes. Fairuz in the morning, and maybe some Coldplay or lo-fi beats in the evening.

I love movies that make you think or feel deeply. A few favorites: The Intouchables, The Pianist, and Interstellar. I also enjoy documentaries and anything that tells a real human story.

As for books, I enjoy a mix of fiction and non-fiction. I’m into stories that explore identity, culture, and humanity. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho is a personal favorite, and I always enjoy reading anything that inspires growth or reflection.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Spending a summer volunteering in hospitals and rural clinics, helping patients and learning from doctors—it opened my eyes to the power of kindness, and it reminded me why I chose medicine in the first place. It was challenging, emotional, and inspiring all at once.

I can teach you some Arabic (including a few fun phrases in the Jordanian-Palestinian dialect!), and share what I know about medicine, culture in the Middle East, and life as a med student.

I’m always eager to learn—especially about how people live in other countries, their languages, their food, and their way of thinking. I love hearing stories and different perspectives.

I’d be happy to share good conversations, a walk around the city, or just a chill evening with music and tea. I believe the best part of travel is connecting with people and exchanging small pieces of our worlds.
