I am a scenography student in Vilnius academy of arts. I really look forward to meeting new people, exploring new places, cultures. I love to go out and be social. Also I am interested in art, cinema, theater, literature and volleyball.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really wish to travel more and doing it as a student seems overwhelming sometimes. I think that couchsurfing is a great way to meet new people and see the cities not just as a tourist, but also get a local’s viewpoint.

Music, Movies, and Books

I study set design, so movies are an important part of my life. My favourite movie is “In the mood for love”, I also love to watch old European movies, from directors like Ingrid Bergman or Agnes Varda. I mostly listen to rock music, since there are many amazing bands in Lithuania, so I can go to their concerts pretty often. I also really love Pink Floyd, King Krule.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was in a program, where we developed projects to bring more culture to our city Kaunas and have the interests of young people heard. With this project we called “The Lamp” we organized night painting sessions, hot sandwiches competitions and other crazy events.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can tell you some fun stories about Lithuania, converse about your favorite movies or anything that comes to mind. I can also offer my company to go out, play some table games or just do something fun together.
