About Me
Hey folks!
I’m Hoa – an “engineering student” in Hamburg… honestly just here to make the women-in-engineering statistics look a bit better. 🤭
I’m into traveling, random adventures, and meeting people who don’t mind deep 3 AM conversations - or just sleeping if thats the vibe :)
Breaking news: I just moved into an apartment that’s finally bigger than a shoebox. Which means: I can host now! Just don’t try to convince me Berlin is cooler than Hamburg, or you’ll be sleeping in the bathtub 😚
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think it‘s one of the most beautiful concepts, two strangers meeting and sharing a home and lots of connecting exchange!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I’ve been the happiest when i got sent as volunteer to a lonely place called “la potenciana” in Costa Rica. I lived there in the mountains (2000m) with a host family I didn’t know in pure simplicity without internet but lots of hiking through the foggy rainforest, working on a coffee farm, talking, reading, sewing, crocheting and enjoying the view of the mountains. I have never felt this cured before 🌱
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to do some language exchanges since my Spanish got very rusty. I can speak German, English, Vietnamese. Besides that I know some delicious Vietnamese Recipes that i would like to share or some stories of a little girl traveling the world :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
always down for a cup of tea, stories to tell and a warm home to share ❤️
