Hi everybody!
My name is Federica, I'm an Italian girl who decided to quit university and has begun to discover herself living deeply. I realized that by opening my heart and being in the present moment life offers many beautiful gifts like: people, strong emotions, profound awareness, and everything around you (including yourself) becomes magical, more alive and dense. I really enjoy visiting different places and cultures, meeting people and listening to their stories, sharing deep conversations and broadening my perspectives through the experiences of others, just as I also enjoy sharing silence together. I love being in nature, perceiving it as it takes its course and reminding myself that I am a continuous flow too. I also like to try out-of-the-ordinary experiences to overcome my limits and fears, and do fun things while laughing out loud together!

I want to discover new cultures by living with local people to share their daily experiences and learn from them. I think traveling in this way, that couchsurfing makes possible, can enrich our spirits and plant new seeds in our hearts, which will germinate and grow with the love shared along the way!

I appreciate different styles of music like psytrance, medicine music, reggae, latin, Italian singer-songwriter, foreign traditional music etc.
I like reading about different topics, such as psychology, Italian novels, esotericism, stories from different cultures and more; Paulo Coelho and Carl Gustav Jung are my favourite writers.
I don't like watching films so much.
