Overview
About Me
I’m Tim! I love meeting new people, staying active, and discovering new things and places. Sports are a big part of my life, but I’m always open to spontaneous adventures as well.
I really respect other people’s privacy and personal space, and I’m happy to give you as much room as you need. I’m a very easygoing and relaxed person – I can be active and outgoing, but I also truly enjoy calm and chill moments. 😊
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people and connecting beyond the typical tourist experience. For me, it’s about getting to know the real local life – understanding it, experiencing it, and truly appreciating it. I believe the best way to discover a place is through the people who live there.
Interests
I’m really into sports – from surfing and running to gym workouts and being active outdoors in general. I love discovering new places, exploring cities by foot, and just saying yes to spontaneous adventures.
I’m also interested in different cultures, languages, psychology, and meaningful conversations about life. At the same time, I enjoy simple things: good coffee, sunsets, music that fits the mood, and relaxed evenings with great people.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music:
I’m into a bit of everything. I love the Bad Bunny vibe when I want something energetic and fun, but I’m just as into deep, melancholic songs. My all-time favorite song is “Saturn” by Sleeping At Last – it just hits differently every time.
Movies:
I absolutely love movies – it really depends on my mood. But Catch Me If You Can and Grown Ups are definitely high on my list.
Favorite Book:
Me before you by Jojo Moyes – a book that really stayed with me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Just one? That’s a tough one – there are so many amazing experiences to choose from!
But something people probably wouldn’t expect (and honestly, I wouldn’t have expected it from myself either) is that I once did stand-up comedy. Getting on stage, grabbing the mic, and trying to make a room full of strangers laugh was both terrifying and incredibly exciting – and definitely something I’m proud of.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach:
I can teach you some German or English, a bit about surfing, how to play chess, how to make really good coffee – and maybe share some motivation and joy for sports along the way.
Learn:
I’d love to learn new languages, more about different cultures, local perspectives, and basically anything you’re passionate about.
Share:
Great memories, travel stories, meaningful conversations, and hopefully a lot of laughs.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share good energy, respect, and an easygoing presence in your home. I’m clean, considerate, and truly value your space. I’m always happy to help out, cook a meal together, go for a workout, explore the city, or just have a relaxed evening with good conversations.
I can also share travel stories, lots of laughter, decent coffee skills, and if you’re brave enough – maybe even a little stand-up comedy moment.
