About Me
Hi! I’m from Indonesia and have been living in Griffith, Australia since early 2023. I’ve always had a passion for travelling even as a kid, I loved exploring new places on my own, starting from nearby cities. For me, solo travel isn’t just about the destination; it’s about the people I meet along the way and the stories we share over a simple chat.
In 2019, I had my first solo trip abroad to Malaysia and Singapore, where I joined a Global Volunteer program for almost two months. It was life-changing. I met friends from different corners of the world and learned how meaningful human connection can be.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m here because I love the genuine human connection that travel brings. Couchsurfing feels like a space to meet kind souls, share life stories, and make memories that aren’t found in guidebooks. I believe we can always learn something from each other, even in the shortest meeting.

Music, Movies, and Books
I’m really into modern pop and the singers are kinda Dua Lipa, Laufey, and Ariana Grande are my go-to artists. I used to play the violin (though I’ve forgotten most of it now 🥲).
When it comes to movies, I’m crazy about Avatar (yes, both of them!) and Narnia. I’m currently counting down the days for the next Lavatar, release—so excited! 😻 i could rewatch Avatars many times.
I enjoy historical romance and classics. Jane Austen, Julia Quinn, and Judith McNaught are some of my all-time favorites. I also like writing journals and sometimes working on scientific papers.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I embraced my fear. Whether it was trying a recipe from a culture I’ve never tasted or stepping into the unknown, I learned to just go for it and believe I’d figure it out. That mindset has carried me far, literally and personally.
Teach, Learn, Share
I’d love to share about Indonesian culture, language, and especially home-style cooking! I studied Korean and French back in university (I was an International Relations student), and I’d really love to pick those languages up again, maybe with your help? 😊
