About Me
I truly love traveling, exploring new cities, trying local food, meeting new people and collecting memories :) I’ve done 4 Erasmus+ projects so far and it made me realize how much I love learning about different people and different lifestyles. I’ve made amazing friends from different countries thanks to these projects. My friends describe me as an easygoing and soft person. I love open-mindedness and feeling safe and understood and I try to be more like that everyday. I was born and raised in a small city near Istanbul. Living in a small city was disadvantageous for me as I always had wanted and craved for change and innovation. When I turned 18, I moved to Istanbul by myself. Now, I’m studying international relations in Istanbul. I always had a passion for traveling and mostly traveled with my family and friends around Turkey. I had my first trip to Europe in July, 2023. I did interrail and visited Bucharest, Budapest, Vienna, Bratislava, Kosice with a group of 6 people. This year on March and April, I traveled to Sofia, Serbia and Romania. In summer, I solo-travelled around Europe for over than a month. It was truly an amazing experience.
