About Me
Hey there! :)
I’m Tara. But I guess that’s not enough information. So what else… I’m a long term traveler and after rushing through several countries, I’m now slowing down a little to focus on my inner world and (spiritual) growth. This is a very important aspect in my life and I’m constantly working on myself - but (hopefully) not like doggedly trying to improve myself but rather remembering what I really am and coming back to that (I hope it’s working haha :P)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I just signed up to Couchsurfing because after traveling a lot and spending time in hostels meeting fellow travelers (although it’s great), I would like to spend more time with people who actually live in the country. To connect and share and to create new beautiful friendships.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Ugh tough question, there are so many! One of my favorites was doing a walking Safari in South Africa… means, you walk through the african bush, meeting elephants just a couple of meters away, sleeping under the stars while one person is on shift and keeps the campfire going. Being completely immersed in nature and wildlife was one of the most beautiful things for me.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I’d love to teach German or English and I can share my previous travel experiences :D Added to that, I am super willing to cook meals and help with cleaning and everything. Plus I am certified to give Reiki if you’re interested, I’d be happy to do that :)
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Bangladesh, Botswana, Czech Republic, France, Guatemala, Italy, Mongolia, Namibia, Nepal, Poland, Rwanda, South Africa, Spain, Tanzania, Uganda, United States, Zambia
