Hi ! I am a french-canadian traveller who basically want to flee canadian winter ;) I am a person of simple pleasures: I love to discover a new city by and getting lost in it, to spend a whole day at the beach with a good book, to hug a friendly dog, to taste food from other cultures, etc.
I am a self-learner scriptwriter and director, and currently working on a TV series script.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing for two main reasons: I don't have a lot of money, and I would rather meet locals from the place I visit rather than being on my own as a simple tourist. If you plan to participate at events or to do something very simple but traditional where you live, I would love to join you !

Music, Movies, and Books

As a filmmaker, I have a lot of trouble having one favorite movie. But one of my classics is that beautiful road-family-movie Little Miss Sunshine. Also, I cannot say no to rewatching the Lord of the rings for the twentieth time. One ring to rule them all...
As for the books, a friend of mine recently sugested Douglas Adams. I started The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw the pope when I visited the St-Pierre Basilica in Rome. It's not very surprising when you think about it...
I bought a one-way ticket to New Orleans, and ended up following people in Miami, then Los Angeles, then Las Vegas. The best way to travel is to definitely have no plans and let the humans you meet guide you to your next adventure !
